San Antonio Residential HVAC (sanantonioresidentialhvacservice.com) is a free quote service. We connect San Antonio-area homeowners with independent local HVAC contractors for free, no-obligation quotes. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC work. This policy covers the website, its quote form and the phone number shown on the site. Read more on the about page.
What the quote form collects
The quote form asks for your name and phone number (required) and, optionally, your email address, ZIP code, the service you want and a short description of the problem. We collect only what you type.
How the form is delivered
The form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which may process technical signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots. Your entry goes to this site's own code on Cloudflare Pages, which verifies the check and delivers it to our inbox by email through Cloudflare Email Routing. No third-party form service stores your submission. Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not keep a separate customer database; your request lives in that inbox and in the messages we send to contractors about it.
Who we share it with
We share your request with independent HVAC contractors we ask to quote your job, chosen by your area and the kind of work you described. Each receives your name, phone number, email if given, ZIP code and job details so it can contact you directly. Those contractors are separate businesses and handle your information under their own practices once they have it. Participating contractors may pay us for referrals. We do not sell your information or rent it to marketing lists, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
Phone calls
If you call the number on this site, we note your name, callback number and what you need, and pass those details to contractors in the same way as a form entry.
Cookies and analytics
The pages run no advertising trackers. Basic usage statistics may be collected as described in the analytics section of this policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical data when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and uses it to serve and protect the site under its own privacy policy. We do not combine that data with your quote request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our inbox while they are useful for following up on your job, then are deleted in the ordinary course of clearing old mail. You may ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent, to stop forwarding your request to more contractors, or to tell you which contractors received it. Call Call (727) 300-6656 or use the contact details in the site footer. To stop hearing from a particular contractor, tell that contractor directly as well.
Children
This site is for homeowners and renters arranging work on a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes

Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, including whether a visitor sent the quote form or tapped the phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical data such as your browser, device and approximate location; it does not receive what you type into the quote form.
